School Bus Driver - $25/hr - 8 hr Guarante

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a school bus to transport special needs passengers to their destinations
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized bus or van interior
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established routes and schedules

Experience:

• Previous experience as a school bus driver is required
• Ability to educate and manage passenger behavior effectively
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Class B CDL with "S" and "P" endorsements and Ohio school bus certification
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Good physical stamina for long periods of sitting, standing, and driving
