Commercial Drivers License Driver - Class B

Job Summary Routes Monday-Saturday between 5AM-5PM in Williamsport PA running a 40 mile radius Local route home everyday. We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver with a Class B license to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate various types of vehicles, including motor coaches, shuttle buses, and delivery trucks, to transport passengers and goods safely and efficiently. Duties Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles such as buses, shuttle vans, and delivery trucks in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies Transport passengers or cargo to designated locations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and comfort Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their safety throughout the journey Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using clear and professional language Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks or report mechanical issues promptly to ensure continuous safe operation Skills Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Class B endorsement required; experience with motor coach or bus driving preferred Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Proven experience in paratransit services, school bus driving, or shuttle driving is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with passengers and team members Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of transportation regulations related to commercial driving and safety standards Ability to operate various types of vehicles including limousines or motor coaches as needed Prior delivery driver experience is a plus for roles involving cargo transport Strong driving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance Join us in delivering reliable transportation solutions that make a difference every day! Pay:
