This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of vehicles, including motor coaches, school buses, paratransit vehicles, limousines, and shuttle buses. As a CDL driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service while safely transporting passengers or goods. Your expertise in driving, vehicle maintenance, and communication will ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as motor coaches, school buses, paratransit vans, limousines, and shuttle buses according to traffic laws and company policies Transport passengers or cargo efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and proper maintenance Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using effective communication skills in English Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service at all times Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition in compliance with regulations Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks or report mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class A or B certification; clean driving record required Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks Experience in driving motor coaches, school buses, shuttle vehicles, or limousine services preferred Prior delivery driver experience is a plus; familiarity with transportation routes is advantageous Strong communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members Knowledge of safety procedures related to bus driving, paratransit services, or motor coach operations Ability to handle various driving conditions confidently and responsibly Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and positive demeanor Join us as a CDL Driver and be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and outstanding service.
