Full Job Description Duties:

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
• Collect fares and issue tickets as required
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Follow established routes and schedules
• Monitor passenger behavior and enforce rules for a safe and pleasant ride

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience working with children or in senior care is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage passenger behavior and maintain a calm and safe environment on the bus
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with children, seniors, and individuals with diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
• Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the vehicle is desirable
