In this role, you will operate either a Toyota Sienna or large 15 passenger Ford Transit. At Valley Transit Utah we are in charge of assisting Missionary to and from the Missionary Training Center and the Salt Lake City Airport. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers along designated routes. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing exceptional customer service and support as needed. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. Use company software to accurately track passenger information. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using effective communication skills. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times. Transportation of Missionaries to and from the Missionary Training Center and the Salt Lake City Airport. Ability to drive for long hours and in Utah weather conditions. Be on time, every time. Experience Prior experience driving commercial vehicles such as bus driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driving is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English with diverse passenger groups. Valid driver's license for operating vehicles; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.

Pay:

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
