CDL BUS DRIVER - OVERNIGHT SHIFT (Passenger Endorsement Needed)

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a CDL Bus Driver working the overnight shift, where your expertise will keep passengers safe and comfortable during late-night journeys. This role requires a Passenger Endorsement on your Commercial Driver's License (CDL), enabling you to operate passenger vehicles such as motor coaches, school buses, and shuttle buses. As a vital part of our transportation network, you will deliver reliable, efficient, and friendly service while ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will help create a positive experience for every rider while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards. Responsibilities Safely operate passenger vehicles including motor coaches, school buses, shuttle buses, and limousines during overnight hours Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness, including checking mechanical systems and maintenance needs Transport passengers efficiently along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding and alighting, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members using clear communication skills to report issues or delays promptly Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition Qualifications Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement required; experience with motor coach, school bus driving, or shuttle driving preferred Proven commercial driving experience with a clean driving record Mechanical knowledge to identify vehicle issues early and assist with basic maintenance tasks Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members Ability to work overnight shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and transportation best practices Experience in customer service roles such as delivery driver or limousine driver is a plus Fluency in English for effective communication and safety procedures Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
