About Cristo Rey Richmond High School Cristo Rey Richmond High School is a Catholic learning community that educates young people of limited economic means to become men and women of faith, purpose, and service. Through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum integrated with a unique work-study program, our students graduate prepared to succeed in college and in life.

We believe in transforming Richmond, one student at a time. What You'll Do As a Bus Operator, you'll safely transport students while serving as a positive ambassador for our school community.

Responsibilities include: Safely transport students on scheduled morning and afternoon routes Drive students to and from work study placements Transport students to athletic events, field trips, and school activities Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment on the bus Follow all state and federal transportation regulations Communicate professionally with students, parents, faculty, and staff Report vehicle concerns promptly Complete required documentation and route records Support the mission and values of Cristo Rey Richmond High School What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Safety focused professionals Dependable and punctual Patient and respectful Excellent communicators Team oriented Passionate about serving students
Qualifications Required:
Valid Virginia Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Passenger (P) and Air brake endorsements Clean driving record Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, criminal background check, and TB screening
Preferred:
