Bus Driver (Seasonal) Class B RequiredHelp Transport H-2A Farm Workers | Blue Star Growers - Cashmere, WA Looking for a rewarding driving job? Company Overview Blue Star Growers, Inc. is a renowned pear packing warehouse established in 1907, dedicated to delivering exceptional value to growers while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Located in, we strive to become the industry's leading pear packing facility through excellence in people, packing, and production. Blue Star Growers is seeking a dependable Bus Driver to transport our H-2A agricultural workers between their housing and orchards throughout the Cashmere Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working with people, and being part of the local agricultural community. What You'll Do Safely transport employees between housing and orchard work sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment. Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Communicate professionally with supervisors and passengers. Assist with other transportation-related duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Washington State driver's license with appropriate CDL and passenger endorsement (or ability to obtain). Clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Why Join Blue Star Growers?
