School District of Florence County Bus Drivers School Bus Drivers Needed We are seeking qualified and compassionate individuals to join our team as a school bus driver. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Route Drivers and Extracurricular trip drivers needed. Route times are typically 6:00 a.m.•8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.•5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

 Safely transport students to and from the school and extracurricular activities  Maintain a clean and safe environment on the bus  Follow all traffic laws and school district policies  Build positive relationships with students and parents

Qualifications:

 Valid CDL license with passenger endorsement•Training information provided upon request.  Clean driving record  Ability to pass a background check and drug test  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Experience working with children preferred

Benefits:

 Competitive salary, starting pay is $21.82 per hour  Part-Time Schedule•Morning Routes, Afternoon Routes, Extra-Curricular Trips (If only available for one of these options, we can accommodate your schedule).  Paid Route Training  Full-Time Schedule with custodial duties possible
