Route-Based Earnings Full Job Description Overview:

I Ship Medical Logistics is seeking reliable and professional Medical Courier Drivers to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Drivers will be responsible for the secure and timely transport of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and critical healthcare materials between facilities.

Position Details:

Independent Contractor (1099) Route-based work (consistent daily routes once assigned) Flexible scheduling (routes may include early morning, daytime, or overnight shifts) Weekly pay

Compensation:

$150

• $300+ per day (based on route volume and efficiency) Weekly earnings potential: $800
• $1,500+ Earnings vary based on: number of stops route distance efficiency

Responsibilities:

Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and documents Follow strict chain-of-custody procedures Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered on time Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Use mobile apps for routing, tracking, and communication Perform basic vehicle checks before routes Communicate any delays or issues promptly Maintain professionalism when interacting with medical staff and facilities

Compliance Requirements:

Drivers must be willing to complete required training, including: HIPAA (patient privacy) Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) OSHA safety training Training may be provided through our system and required prior to starting routes

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle (fuel-efficient preferred; EVs welcome) Smartphone with GPS capability Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong communication and time management skills Prior delivery or courier experience preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (occasionally more with assistance) Ability to drive for extended periods Ability to load/unload packages safely

Work Environment:
