Delivery Helper

Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring that all items are transported safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the driver in loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Ensure that all packages are secured and organized for transport. Help navigate routes and ensure timely deliveries. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Perform heavy lifting as required to move items safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse area. Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred. Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus. Experience in moving or courier services is advantageous. Ability to drive commercial vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with deliveries.
