Position Overview:

Are you a motivated individual who thrives on helping others and finding creative financial solutions? As our Member Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our members' financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit union's policies and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda. Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine. Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed. Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom.
