Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles to deliver medical goods across assigned routes Load and unload cargo efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Follow planned delivery routes accurately while adapting to traffic conditions and route changes to meet delivery schedules Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Ensure proper handling of specialized freight such as refrigerated goods or hazardous materials when applicable Experience Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving and freight handling Valid driver's license, HIPPA certification, and Bloodborne Pathogens certification Experience operating manual transmission trucks and specialized equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks is preferred Knowledge of safety procedures related to trucking, load securing, and vehicle maintenance Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and performing vehicle inspections regularly Familiarity with local traffic laws and transportation regulations for safe driving practices Join us in delivering excellence every day! $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
