  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support event operations as
  • Messengers
  • . This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics, transportation, and coordination throughout the event.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • + Valid driver's license required + Must have access to a mobile phone + Must be at least 25 years of age + Strong attention to detail + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English + Familiarity with the Tampa area and surrounding locations preferred + Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Perform a variety of logistical and support tasks for the on-site coordinator + Transport participants between hotels, event site, airport, and other locations as needed + Run errands, including purchasing supplies from local vendors + Assist with loading and unloading shipments, including pallets of materials + Receive, organize, and distribute supplies to designated areas + Support registration desk operations as needed + Clean and prepare equipment such as headsets/headphones + Maintain accurate daily time reporting •
Additional Expectations:
  • + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods + Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and extended hours as required + Willingness to assist with various duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment
  • Important Notice:
  • While operating any client-provided vehicle, all drivers are expected to follow applicable traffic laws and safety regulations. Any violations or associated fines will be the responsibility of the individual driver.
  • Education:
  • + High school diploma or GED required This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, logistics coordination, and supporting large-scale events in a dynamic environment.
  • Pay Details:
  • $18.
