Courier / Logistics / Transportation About the Position Elite Path Courier LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Courier Driver to join our growing team. The Courier Driver will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering freight and cargo to customers and designated locations. The successful candidate must be dependable, able to work independently, follow delivery instructions, and provide excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, is comfortable using technology, and takes pride in completing deliveries safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company cargo van while completing assigned delivery routes. Pick up and deliver freight and cargo in a timely and professional manner. Use GPS navigation and smartphone applications to efficiently complete routes. Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, traffic, or other route-related issues. Properly load, organize, and secure cargo inside the vehicle. Verify shipments and delivery information before completing deliveries. Obtain required delivery confirmations and signatures when applicable. Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle. Immediately report accidents, vehicle issues, damaged cargo, or delivery problems. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations. Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation. Protect customer and shipment information. Perform other courier and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable and dependable attendance is required. Clean driving record is highly preferred. Valid driver's license. Previous courier, delivery, transportation, logistics, or driving experience is preferred. Must have some experience using GPS navigation. Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS, calls, texts, delivery applications, and other work-related tasks. Ability to safely load and unload cargo. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and remain productive without constant supervision. Must be safety-conscious and responsible when operating a company vehicle. Must be able to pass any required employment screening and driving-record verification.
