Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Last Mile Delivery Helper to join our dynamic delivery team. Duties Assist with loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles used for delivery Support route drivers by helping to organize and prepare deliveries for efficient route execution Safely handle packages using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment as needed Follow all traffic regulations and safe lifting practices during package handling and delivery activities Help maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including signing off on delivery logs and recording package details on mobile devices Support warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring a clean work environment Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Experience in delivery driving, courier services, or commercial truck driving is highly advantageous Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles such as box trucks or vans is a plus Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and weight handling in the workplace is beneficial Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to safety standards in manual handling tasks Customer service experience that highlights professionalism and positive communication skills Comfort using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, and record keeping Join us as a Last Mile Delivery Helper to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
