In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same, and the ideal candidate must be ready to wear many different hats. Your primary role will be acting as a specialty courier—delivering luxury florals, plants, and unique items safely to our customers' doors while maintaining exceptional composure and courtesy. What You'll Do Act as a dedicated specialty courier, safely driving a large cargo van to deliver high-end items to customers. Provide exceptional, courteous customer service during all interactions, both in the shop and on home deliveries. Perform physical shop duties, including picking up, processing, and unloading flowers and heavy merchandise. Maintain the shop environment by watering plants, sweeping, and general cleanup. Manage basic daily operations using standard tech and phone skills. What You Bring A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and confidence driving a large cargo van. Strong navigational familiarity with Buckhead, Midtown, and North Buckhead. Proven experience in the high-end service industry with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people. An interest in plants and flowers (please note: this role does not involve floral arranging). A highly flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends as needed.

Work Environment Physical & Hands-On:

This is a very active role that requires heavy lifting, moving merchandise, and occasionally getting your hands dirty.

Pay:
