Job Overview Join the founding launch team of Red Top Deliveries LLC! We are a fast-growing delivery partner launching an exciting new Veho operation in the Flowery Branch area. We are looking for professional, reliable, independent route drivers to help us build a foundation of excellence from day one. Trust at Every Mile.

Compensation & Pay Structure:

Pay Schedule:

Weekly Direct Deposit

Starter/ Sedan Routes:

$70+per route All new drivers start with a lighter 40-50 package starter route to learn the Veho app.

Full Routes:

Scale up to $135-$175+ per route as you take on larger daily blocks.

Career Growth:

Opportunities to move into lead driver or dispatcher roles as we scale.

The Schedule & Flexibility:

We believe in work-life balance and offer highly flexible scheduling. Whether you are looking for full-time consistency or weekend income, we can accommodate your availability!

Shift Times:

Day Shift (4-10 hour blocks depending on route size)

Daily Timeline:

Mornings (approximate launch around 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Sunday)

Options Available:

Monday-Friday schedules, dedicated weekend blocks (Thursday-Sunday), or customized routine shifts.

Onboarding:

New driver onboarding is every Monday. Candidates interviewed midweek will be prioritized for the upcoming Monday setup. Apply early in the week to reserve your spot! Duties & Responsibilities: Safely transport and deliver retail packages and meal kits to residential and business locations using your own vehicle. Use the Veho driver app to manage routes, scan packages (VPOD), and document successful deliveries. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at every stop. Communicate effectively with the Red Top dispatch team. Requirements:

Vehicle:

Reliable 4-door Sedan, Minivan , Mid-size SUV, Cargo Van, or Pickup Truck (must have a covered bed/camper shell/tonneau cover with clean weather-protected cargo space).

Age:

Must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Tech:

Must have a modern smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a reliable data plan for routing software.

Environment:

STRICT NO SMOKING

policy while executing routes and handling packages.

Attitude:

Strong communicator with an adaptable, "founding team" mindset—ready to stay in touch with dispatch, grow with us, and possesses the ability to solve problems on the fly!
