Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a Warehouse/Production Technician in Boise, Idaho Our client is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Production Crew for its East Boise facility near Gowen Road. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering paid, on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and an excellent benefits package upon hire with an employee-owned ESOP company.

Pay and schedule:

$18/hour to start. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What you'll do: Maintain an adequate inventory of filled cylinders Load and unload trucks, freight, returned goods, and cylinders Move materials to designated holding and storage areas Calculate cylinder and freight weights for each delivery load Load trucks and trailers without exceeding applicable weight limits Carefully handle materials to prevent damage during loading and transport Maintain neat and accurate records Perform other related duties as assigned What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of cylinders and gases Ability to accurately enter information into computer systems Willingness to learn job-related software Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to maintain accurate, orderly records Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to safely lift more than 50 pounds Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
