Apply in general to this posting or to view all current specific openings and apply, visit: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Cordant-Health-Solutions/jobs/l-Rockford,-IL Specimen Collection Technicians working in the Winnebago County Adult Probation Building and Criminal Justice Center perform observed specimen collections for individuals required to complete drug screens as part of their conditions while involved with the Courts. Technicians are responsible for observing urine collection, oral fluid (saliva) or other specimens in accordance with contractual requirements.

Salary:

$15.00-$17.00 PER HOUR Primary Responsibilities Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens to the laboratory Maintain organization of the collection site File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and associated paperwork Collect and scan insurance, as applicable Order Supplies (requisition forms, gloves, collection supplies etc.) and maintain inventory at practice location to ensure collection supplies are always available Communicates client inquiries to Manager and/or Client Services team Maintain a structured environment in a professional setting, working within the Probation Department.
