• Courier / Delivery Specialist

As a Courier, you will be responsible for the secure pickup, transportation, and delivery of documents, packages, and materials between client locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in delivering outstanding service. What You'll Do + Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and materials accurately and on time. + Operate company or customer vehicles safely and in compliance with company policies and state regulations. + Maintain chain of custody and delivery records. + Communicate with customers and respond to delivery requests professionally. + Follow routes, maps, and instructions to ensure efficient deliveries. + Complete required paperwork and electronic tracking accurately. + Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. + Represent the company professionally at all customer locations. What We're Looking For + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. + Comfortable using mobile devices, email, and tracking systems. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. + Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
