Job Description

Fish Jr Operations LLC is expanding, and we are seeking professional, reliable Independent Contractors (1099) to join our logistics network in Maryland. In this role, you will utilize your own personal, reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan, or cargo van) to perform final-mile package deliveries starting from a localized commercial hub. This is an entirely field-based role. All daily dispatch operations are handled digitally, meaning contractors dispatch directly from the regional logistics hub to their local route.

Daily Responsibilities:
Safely load, secure, and transport final-mile packages from the local commercial dispatch hub. Scan, track, and log deliveries utilizing a mobile smart-device application. Maintain strict adherence to scheduled client delivery windows. Provide professional customer service when handling packages and interacting with delivery points.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Vehicle:
Must own or lease a clean, reliable personal vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Crossover, Minivan, or Cargo Van) with a gross weight strictly under 10,000 lbs.
Age:
Must be at least 21 years old.
License:
Must possess a valid, active personal driver's license (non-CDL).
Technology:
Must own a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) with a data plan for route scanning.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs independently.
Compliance Vetting:
Must be willing to undergo a standard third-party criminal background check and provide a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) showing no recent major violations (DUI or Reckless Driving).
