Newspaper Delivery Driver Wayne County

J.A.W. Distribution LLC is hiring independent contractor to deliver newspapers to retail stores in the Western Wayne County area. This is a contract position ideal for early risers or anyone seeking consistent income during overnight hours. Deliveries occur daily between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM . Most routes take approximately 3-4 hours to complete, depending on weather, personal pace, and route conditions.

Compensation:

Earn up to $700 per week when working all 7 days.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate your own insured vehicle to deliver newspapers to retail locations across Western Wayne County. Load and unload newspaper bundles (up to 30 lbs), ensuring accuracy and care in handling. Maintain clear communication and professionalism when interacting with store staff or clients. Follow all traffic laws and drive responsibly, especially during overnight hours. Inspect your vehicle regularly and ensure it is properly maintained and route-ready. Manage your route and delivery schedule efficiently to complete deliveries within the assigned timeframe (typically 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM). Must demonstrate strong personal integrity and attention to detail when handling route materials and completing deliveries.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license Proof of auto insurance (you must be listed on the policy) Reliable vehicle (capable of carrying 30 lb newspaper bundles) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Available between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM , 7 days a week Strong attention to detail Customer-focused and dependable Able to work independently and follow route instructions
