Job Description
TransForce Inc. is seeking an On-Call Airport Courier to support time-sensitive transportation needs for our nationwide clients. In this role, you will respond to on-demand pick-up and delivery requests at airports and nearby facilities, safely transporting freight between terminals, warehouses, and customer locations. You will follow strict safety, TSA, and airport security procedures while maintaining accurate documentation and delivery records. Working within our professional, safety-focused culture, you'll collaborate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and client teams to provide reliable, customer-focused service and help keep critical freight and supply chains moving. Responsibilities Respond to on-call dispatches for airport and local freight pickups and deliveries Transport time-sensitive shipments safely between airport, warehouses, and customer sites Follow all airport, TSA, and company security and safety procedures Verify documentation, shipping labels, and chain-of-custody requirements Communicate status updates with dispatch, clients, and internal teams Inspect vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns Handle freight with care, using proper loading, unloading, and securing methods Maintain accurate logs and delivery records in company systems Required Skills Route planning and navigation Safe driving practices Airport and air cargo procedures Freight handling and securing loads Use of dispatch and GPS systems Documentation and recordkeeping Basic DOT and safety compliance Time management and punctuality Customer communication Problem-solving in time-sensitive situations
