Responsibilities:

Orders, receives, delivers, stocks , picks, and prepares materials , supplies , and equipment to appropriate facilities. Retrieves and files records. Encompasses all responsibilities of Supply Service Aide I and II . Responsible for computer system data. Compliance of all safety regulations. Coordinates items for shipment. Retrieves and files records. Drives PHS trucks and vans to deliver and pick up necessary files, equipment and supplies. Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings. Attends all meetings as required. Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance. Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies. Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned work area.

Qualifications:

High school (G.E.D.). One to three years experience in inventory. Valid NM Drivers license required; previous driving experience with pick-up/transport/delivery preferred.
