Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Courier to join our Lab and Administration office! You will be responsible for picking up and delivering supplies, medical specimens and packages between all CCP locations with a CCP vehicle. As a per-diem Courier, your schedule will vary based on business need. Opportunities for consistent routes will become available with experience. As a Courier , your responsibilities include: Transport supplies, material and equipment from to site to site within Community Care including laboratory specimens, bank deposits, paychecks, mail, office supplies, and medical equipment. Pick up, sort and distribute items to/from assigned locations. Complete related paperwork such as mileage reports. Maintain regular schedule and communicates any temporary changes. Compensation:

Requirements:
Requirements include: High school graduate or equivalent. Previous work experience. Must have valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record. Knowledge of safe driving and vehicle maintenance practices. Knowledge of Community Care locations and how to read maps. Knowledge of handling biohazard materials safely. Ability to work with minimal supervision and organize time well. Basic understanding & utilization of smart phone including sending and receiving text messages and using GPS.
