Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Independent Courier Contractor and become a vital link in the delivery chain! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely across city streets using various modes of transportation, Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, excellent customer service skills, and ability to navigate urban environments will ensure timely deliveries while providing a positive experience for every customer. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work independently while earning income through contracted delivery services. Responsibilities Navigate city streets effectively using mobile devices and two-way radio communication to ensure timely deliveries Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, process transactions when necessary, and resolve any issues promptly Use hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment to load and unload items efficiently while adhering to safety standards Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and communicate with dispatchers or clients as needed Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, food service, or outdoor work environments preferred Familiarity with city street navigation and shared mobility systems such as Sprinter van Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols during all operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously Physical capability to lift heavy items using hand trucks or dollies and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for two-way radio use and customer interactions Valid driver's license or relevant certification depending on the mode of transportation used Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels efficient deliveries while you enjoy the freedom of working independently.
