Job Description

Pay Range:

Targeted Salary of $13 per hour, based on experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Position Introduction:

Picks up and delivers United States Postal Service (USPS) and interdepartmental mail. Picks up USPS mail by utilizing a state owned motor vehicle. Delivers mail to various destinations. May make special mail runs as directed by the supervisor. Assists in preparation of special mailings. Sorts and meters incoming and outgoing mail by route and location. Separates outgoing mail by account number for postage. Maintains state owned motor vehicle, to include but not limited to inspecting the vehicle for engine oil, and brake pressure. Informs central mail supervisor of any deficiencies. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education and Experience:

High School diploma or

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date Hiring Contingent Upon a
