Job Overview:
The Transport Agent / Inventory is responsible for the secure, compliant transportation of medical marijuana products between licensed facilities. This role ensures strict adherence to Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) regulations, maintains accurate documentation, and represents Freedom Road with professionalism when interacting with clients and partners.
Education/Experience:
Previous delivery, logistics, or transportation experience preferred. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
Safely transport cannabis products between licensed facilities in compliance with OMMA regulations. Ensure all transported products are secured in locked containers within a non-accessible area of the vehicle. Assist with inventory preparation, packaging, or other operational tasks as needed. Verify all inventory against manifests prior to departure and upon delivery. Maintain accurate transport logs, manifests, and required documentation. Utilize GPS tracking systems as required by state law. Conduct daily scheduled pickups and deliveries to licensed businesses. Maintain professional relationships with dispensaries and business partners. Handle invoices, cash transactions, and basic sales tasks when required. Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Report any discrepancies, delays, or compliance concerns immediately to management. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and state regulations.

Work Environment:
This position operates primarily on the road and in a vehicle. Occasional time may be spent in warehouse or dispensary environments.
Physical Demands:
This is an active position requiring extended periods of sitting and driving, as well as frequent loading and unloading of product. The role involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds and requires regular bending, walking, and standing as needed throughout the workday.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs. Evening and weekend work may be required.
Additional Requirements:
Must be occupationally licensed in the State of Oklahoma to work in the MMJ industry. Must be able to obtain an OMMA Transporter Agent License. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check (no felony convictions within the past two years.) Must be eligible to work in the United States.
