Description Job Summary The Courier I is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely pick-up and delivery of food and environmental samples to and from laboratory testing facilities. This role plays an important part in maintaining sample integrity and supporting laboratory operations. The Courier provides outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. This position requires the ability to use the company's routing and delivery mobile application to receive routes, track deliveries, upload documentation, and communicate with dispatch. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones, navigation tools, and mobile apps in a professional environment. Essential Responsibilities Education & Experience Skills & Competencies Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm, weekends available.
