Overview The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a school district environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: Copy/Print/Scan, Mail delivery and pick up. Responsibilities Responsibilities The Copy Center Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to: Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment Processing Shipping & Receiving Inventory and Ordering of supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy/print jobs and to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Qualifications Qualifications The Hospitality/Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to: Must have access to reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Lifting up to 55 pounds
