Our drivers represent our company at every stop, ensuring safe driving, accurate deliveries, and professional customer interactions. Duties Operate your vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned delivery routes Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques Follow all route instructions, delivery procedures, and safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive attitude Accurately scan and record all deliveries, returns, and route completion details Perform basic daily checks on your vehicle to ensure it is safe and route‑ready Qualifications Must provide your own reliable vehicle (SUV, covered pickup truck, minivan, or similar) with valid insurance Valid driver's license Experience preferred but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions and route plans Vehicle Support Program Jacobs & MZ Holdings offers vehicle financing assistance for drivers who demonstrate 30 days of steady, reliable employment.
