You don't need years of delivery experience to get started. If you're willing to work, show up, and learn, we're willing to give you a chance. This is a 1099 position, and you'll be using your own vehicle to deliver packages from our warehouse to customers throughout the Wichita Falls and Burkburnett areas. What the Job Looks Like You'll come to the warehouse, load your packages into your vehicle, and head out on your route. You'll use your phone and our delivery app to navigate, scan packages, and keep track of your deliveries. The workload can vary depending on what you're comfortable handling. Some people may want a smaller route, while others are capable of taking on 200+ packages in a day. You don't have to be the fastest driver on day one — we're looking for people who are willing to learn, improve, and put in the work. You will be working independently for most of the day, so you need to be able to manage yourself and stay on task without someone standing over you.

We're Looking For People Who:

Show up when they're supposed to. Can be counted on to get the job done. Have a reliable vehicle. Have a valid driver's license. Have a smartphone. Can lift and carry packages safely. Can stay organized and manage their time. Are comfortable driving and working independently. Are willing to work hard when they want to increase their earnings. Have a good attitude and are willing to learn. Previous delivery experience is NOT required.
