  • Finance The Office of the Attorney General has an immediate opening for a General Services Aide.
This position provides essential operational and facilities support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The Aide performs a wide variety of general, office, administrative, and facilities support tasks. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with any task necessary to support daily office operations.
Duties include:
Picking up and delivering documents. Collecting and distributing mail and supplies. Maintaining and stocking shared office spaces (copy rooms, supply areas, kitchenettes). Copying, scanning, and archiving documents. Assisting with general office organization, filing, and recordkeeping. Providing front desk coverage when administrative staff are unavailable (answering phone calls, greeting visitors, vehicle requests, parking validation). Assisting with supply management. Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas (kitchenettes, refrigerators, microwave). Installing, moving, and removing furniture in cubicles. Collecting and disposing of recycling and trash. Assisting with general facilities support.
Pay Range:
$12.16
  • $19.
82 per hour, depending on experience. Due to current staffing needs, we are looking for someone who is available to work on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday only. This is a great opportunity for college students or others seeking part-time work in a professional office environment. A valid driver's license and ability to drive on a daily basis is required. Applicant must pass a background check. Qualifications The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
