Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Medical Supply Courier Driver and play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of essential medical supplies. As a courier driver, you will be responsible for transporting medical equipment and supplies using cargo vansor personal vehicles, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations while providing exceptional service to healthcare facilities and patients. Responsibilities Safely operate cargo vans or personal vehicles for scheduled deliveries of medical supplies across designated routes Load and unload shipments with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring heavy lifting is performed safely in accordance with workplace weight handling standards Verify delivery orders, documentation, and patient or facility information before each trip for accuracy Adhere strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws during all driving activities Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes efficiently and update delivery statuses in real-time Communicate professionally with healthcare staff and customers, providing excellent customer service throughout each interaction Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks to ensure optimal operation at all times Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in warehouse operations involving material handling equipment operation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or commercial trucks preferred Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and manual handling practices for moving heavy items safely Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to traffic regulations including DOT standards Ability to lift heavy loads regularly using safe lifting practices; physical stamina required for moving supplies Experience with mobile devices for route management and communication purposes Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude in high-pressure situations Join us and become an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering health-critical supplies efficiently while supporting community well-being!

$80.00 - $110.00 per day
