security1stbank.com/careers Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Courier to support our Teller Express service for the secure and timely transportation of bank materials, cash-related items, documents, and correspondence between bank locations and customers. This role serves as a key link between branches and customers, helping deliver exceptional service while supporting efficient retail banking operations. Key Responsibilities Safely and accurately transport cash, monetary items, mail, documents, and internal correspondence between designated locations. Coordinate with branch personnel to support cash management and operational needs. Provide professional service and support to customers and associates. Assist customers by providing information regarding bank products, services, and procedures. Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance of bank-owned vehicles. Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and expand banking services. Perform additional duties, as assigned. Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and ability to meet bondability requirements. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn banking products, services, and operational procedures. Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices. Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
