As aProduct Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Drives truck to deliver/pick up products to and from customers homes. Collects money from customers, makes changes, and records transactions on customer receipt. Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record. Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. Maintains the integrity of products by ensuring they are loaded and secured properly. Works with the warehouse to maintain appropriate supplies, schedules and procedures. Prepares delivery. Listen to and resolve service complaints. Loads & unload truck. Cleans inside of truck. Performs routine maintenance on truck. Refreshes merchandise Cleans & maintains warehouse Assist with the showroom Other duties assigned by manager To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Service

Language and Mathematical Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and give accurate change. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Two years valid Texas Driver's License. Good driving record which must be free of the following violations: License revoked or suspended due to moving violation. Reckless driving. Speed more than 25 mph over posted limit (if reported on Motor Vehicle Report) Criminal convictions. Driving without a license. Failure to report an accident or making false reports to authorities. Driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Open container violation. Drivers cannot have more than one moving violation per year in the past 3 years or more than one accident in the past 3 years.
