Position Summary:

The position will handle the pickup and delivery of mail for the Buchanan County offices.

Essential Functions:

Sort and deliver interoffice mail. Order postage. Handle the account tracing of automail. Retrieve and sort the mail from the post office. Take and retrieve items to and from the storage facility. Maintain storage areas. Maintain courier equipment. Prepare statements Assist customers and staff members.

Additional Responsibilities:

Will be a proactive participant in marketing, sales campaigns, business development, and relationship building efforts that relate to the assigned location or the bank as a whole Will be responsible for full compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Will maintain a strict level of confidentiality Perform various other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the manager. Maintain a safe driving record and inform his/her supervisor of any medication (prescription or non-prescription) that may impair driving performance.

Minimum:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver's License Personal Characteristics:
