Job Description

The Interoffice Mail Courier is responsible for the timely and accurate collection, sorting, and delivery of mail, documents and small packages between agency locations. This position follows an established delivery route across multiple office buildings to ensure internal correspondence reaches staff efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Summary of Duties Collect outgoing interoffice and external mail from designated agency locations. Deliver incoming mail, packages and internal documents according to a scheduled route. Maintain established delivery schedule and communicate delays. Ensure confidential and protected information is handled securely and in accordance with agency policies. Transport small office supplies or documents between locations. Report delivery issues, vehicle concerns or route changes to supervisor. Perform other related courier and administrative support duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous paid time off package including flexible holidays and 12 vacation days in year one. This position is 2.5 hours per day. The pay range for this position is $16.27 - $19.52 an hour. Summary of Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds. Valid driver's license or reliable driver with a valid driver's license each with a clean driving record. Previous courier, delivery or customer service experience, preferred. Familiarity with the local area and ability to follow established routes, preferred.
