Overview Join our dynamic team as a Personal Vehicle Package Delivery Driver and become a vital link in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this energetic role, you will utilize your driving skills and customer service expertise to ensure packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a positive attitude. This position offers an exciting opportunity to stay active, work independently, and be part of a fast-paced logistics network committed to excellence. Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes Load and unload packages efficiently, utilizing manual lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures when required, and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations throughout each shift Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with recipients, answering questions, and resolving minor delivery issues promptly Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize productivity and timely deliveries Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety hazards to management immediately Skills Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with a focus on route driving and customer interaction Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures is a plus Ability to handle heavy lifting and moving packages safely and efficiently Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar equipment with manual transmissions is preferred Knowledge of forklift operation or pallet jack use is advantageous but not mandatory Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an engaging work environment where your driving skills and dedication directly impact our customers' satisfaction.
