Kessel Run Logistics is a newly launched FedEx Pick-up and Delivery Contractor operating out of the Olathe and Lenexa terminals, proudly serving Jackson, Johnson, and Douglas County. We're hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers and we're ready to invest in the right people from day one. What You'll Be Doing Delivering FedEx packages to residential and commercial customers across Jackson, Johnson, and Douglas County Operating out of the Olathe and Lenexa FedEx terminals Driving a set route with a company provided vehicle. Using a navigation iPad, and package scanner Representing Kessel Run and FedEx with professionalism and a safety-first spirit Most packages are 35 lbs or less. Drivers should be able to carry up to 50 lbs and maneuver larger packages with the use of a dolly or assistance when needed

Full-Time:

Approximately 8-hour work day with mid-morning start times | Approx. 35-45 hours per week | Weekend work days may be required, please inquire.

Part-Time:

Part-time shifts available mornings, evenings, and weekends. Please inquire. Pay Structure Training Period (approx. 2 weeks) $170/day Paid Training & Safety Program — classroom, observed driving, and on-road training with a certified trainer Training Completion $170/day + achievable weekly performance bonuses. That said, if you have experience as a route driver, courier, or delivery driver, you're already ahead of the game.
