After Training:

$140 per day Stop count threshold Weekly pay every Friday Company-provided delivery vehicle Performance-based raises after 90 days Full-time, year-round employment Independent work environment Supportive management team Opportunities for career growth Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Training Employee Shoe Program Schedule Full-time 5-6 days per week Weekend availability is required Start time: 7:30 AM End time varies based on route completion Job Responsibilities As a Delivery Driver, you will: Load and organize packages before your route Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Use a handheld scanner to complete deliveries Follow assigned routes efficiently and safely Maintain excellent customer service Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Minimum 1 year of driving experience within the last 3 years Able to pass a DOT Physical (paid for by the company) Able to pass a background check (paid for by the company) Able to pass a drug screen (paid for by the company) Able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment Comfortable working in all weather conditions Preferred Experience Experience is helpful but not required.
