Job Description

Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Detroit, MI Average $1,600
  • $2,000 per Week
  • Home Weekly HAZMAT + Tanker Required at Time of Interview
  • Manual Transmission Experience Required Pay, Home Time & More:
    Earn $1,600
  • $2,000 average weekly
Solo Miles Pay:
?$0.62 per mile with 1,800 miles per week
Solo Stops Pay:
?$50 per stop with 5 stops per week Home weekly Paid training Paid weekly

Monday-Friday Start time: 3:00 AM

OH, MI, IN, PA, WV, MS, AL, GA, IL, TN, AR, SC, NC, MN, & Upstate NY Route:
Regional with up to 3 nights out per week Tractor type: Straight tanker/sleeper cab Trailer type: Liquid tanker trailer 28' & 48'

  • Driver will connect hoses and pressurize trailer with assistance Ryder will train you on all equipment need Additional Benefits of Driving with

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL 9 months of experience within the past 3 years Must have HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements at time of interview Must be able to operate a manual transmission 6 months of tanker experience is required 1+ years of experience is strongly preferred Must have a valid passport or enhanced license to drive into Canada FAST card preferred Assistance can be offered to help you obtain Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
