Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Hauler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently from one location to another. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vehicle handling and transportation regulations, ensuring that all cars are delivered in pristine condition. Responsibilities Safely load and unload vehicles onto and off of transport trailers. Operate various types of trucks including those equipped for manual transmissions. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of vehicle transport, including delivery schedules and freight documentation. Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the transport vehicle. Experience Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid driver's license. Familiarity with operating 9 car stingers. Experience in freight transportation is a plus. Strong knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and handling procedures. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
