We serve healthcare, ecommerce and logistics clients with 7‑day‑a‑week delivery across South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area. We're building a pool of reliable independent contractor drivers so we can launch new routes quickly as we bring on additional contracts. This posting is to build a driver pool .

You apply now so we can review your qualifications and keep you on file. As we secure new customer contracts in your area, we will reach out to offer available routes and onboarding details. There is no guarantee of immediate work , but drivers in our pool will be contacted first when routes open. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time along assigned routes in South Jersey and/or Philadelphia. Use our driver app on your smartphone (Android or iPhone) to receive stops, follow routes, and update delivery status. Capture proof of delivery (photos and/or customer signatures) as required. Provide professional, courteous service to customers at the door. Maintain your vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition. Follow all traffic laws and company delivery procedures. Pay 1099 contractor role (you are responsible for your own taxes and expenses). Pay structure will typically be per stop, per package or per route , depending on the contract. Details and rates will be provided before you accept any route. Opportunities for higher earnings on high‑density or priority routes. Schedule Flexible, based on contract needs. Routes may be available 7 days per week (daytime and potentially some evening routes). You can accept or decline offered routes as an independent contractor. Requirements At least 21 years old.​ Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.​ Reliable vehicle (car). Valid personal auto insurance in your name.​ Smartphone with data plan ​ Ability to use GPS and follow app‑based routes.​ Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 10lbs) as needed.​ Professional, courteous attitude and good communication skills. Preferred Prior experience with delivery (Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, courier, or 3PL work) is a plus but not required.​ Familiarity with South Jersey and Philadelphia neighborhoods.
