We're looking for reliable drivers who can handle a physically active job and want stable weekly pay with a consistent schedule.

Routes Available:

Business Routes — Monday through Friday Residential Routes — 5-day schedule including 1 weekend day Experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, DoorDash, Uber, or similar driving jobs is beneficial.

What You'll Do:

Drive a FedEx step van delivering packages in the Renton/Kent areas Complete residential or business delivery routes safely and efficiently Load/unload packages throughout the day Use a dolly and handle heavier packages when needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Average weekly pay: $900

• 1,100+ Stop bonuses available to increase weekly earnings $1,000 signing bonus Paid training (typically under 1 week) Medical, Dental, PTO, and paid holidays

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old No CDL required Clean driving record: No recent suspensions, major negligent accidents, no DUIs Must pass:

• Background check
• DOT physical
• Drug screening (including marijuana) This is NOT a fit for applicants looking for: Remote work Part-time/casual gig work Flexible daily scheduling Non-physical work Drivers typically complete 120-160 stops daily and are in/out of the vehicle throughout the shift in all weather conditions.
