Role:
Buckle up and join the ride! We're looking for Vehicle Safety Operators to cruise along in our cutting-edge EV Full Self-Driving (FSD) vehicles, keeping every trip smooth, safe, and friendly. No advanced tech skills required—just a sharp eye, a focus on safety, and a premium customer service attitude. Think of these vehicles as your mobile office!
What You'll Do:
Ride Along Shotgun Co-Pilot the System Take Control When Needed Keep it
Safe Stay Comfortable Who We're Looking For:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid Texas driver's license + proof of active auto insurance. Clean driving record (MVR check required). Fluent in English to communicate effectively with passengers and team members. Safety-focused, attentive, alert, and very comfortable interacting with customers. Bonus Points (Great to have, but not required!): Prior experience with other autonomous driving companies (e.g., Waymo). Experience in the gig economy or rideshare/delivery platforms (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash). Current or prior Tesla owner-operators.
Pay & Perks:
Base Pay:
$22.40/hr
Swing/Night Shifts:
Base + 10% shift differential = $24.64/hr Weekend Shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun): Base + 15% shift differential = $25.76/hr Guaranteed hourly pay and stable, full-time hours instead of relying on unpredictable gigs!
Shifts & Schedules:
We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work consecutive 5-day blocks that cover weekends and holidays.
