Collect and input post flight information and draft routine reportsAll other duties assigned
Skills and ExperienceEducation:
Associate degree or higher in aviation or equivalent.Experience:
Airline Dispatcher, KC-135Pilot or 5+ years' Boom Operator with operational experience and prior participation in Large Military exercises (i.e., Red Flag, Rim Pack, etc.) Working knowledge of Aerial Refueling Operations, National Airspace System, flight plan management, and customer service strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of Air-to-Air Refueling planning, procedures, and tactics.In-depth knowledge of air-to-air refueling planning, procedures, and tactics.
Plan missions that adhere to FAA guidance and military procedures during large exercises while operating in confined spaces.
Ability to calculate take-off and landing data, accurate fuel loads, and flight timing.
Detail oriented. Must be able to accurately pass information across all spectrums.
Ability to use Foreflight in conjunction with scheduling software to plan and flight manage a comprehensive flight plan.
Must have the ability to multitask and work effectively, both individually and as a member of a project team, while ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, verbally and in written format.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Certificates:

Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a Part-Time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change by department and business needs. Non-exempt part-time employees can expect anywhere from 0-29 hours per week but may also be asked to work more than 29 hours per week with approval from department manager.
TravelIndividuals may be required to be onsite one week per quarter. In addition, domestic and international travel may be required up to 25 percent to support the activities of the Company and its affiliates.
