Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion. Enforce safety standards and company policies on all job sites. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications. Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward. Provide regular project updates and documentation to stakeholders. Travel extensively to support projects nationwide. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Required experience with QSR, restaurant, convenience store, and gas station projects . Experience with ground-up construction, remodels, and renovations. Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
