Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with product promotions. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately. Perform retail math calculations for transactions and refunds. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas and convenience store. •Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer experience. Experience in supervising staff is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
